Are you a good painter?

We are looking for painters for companies that perform different kind of paint services, focusing on new apartments and houses. Now we have received many exciting projects in Aust and Vest Agder and we are looking for you who would like to work in southern part of Norway. We have accommodation for our workers if you do not already live in southern Norway. What matters to us is to find painters who can communicate well either in English or Norwegian and that we can count on you, both professional and personal.

Responsibilities

• Spot, joint and total sparking of various substrates, especially gypsum
• Grind, prepare, prime and iron glue or paint on surfaces to be painted
• Apply paint or stain
• Color set, maintain, decorate and restore
• Straighten up floor with screed
• Customize, paste and install wallpaper, wall and floor coverings
• Mount profiles and moldings
• Washing of building
• Outdoor painting

Qualifications

• Fagbrev, Course certificate or good experience as a painter
• Experience with sparking, sanding and painting of new apartments
• Must be able to use modern painting equipment such as a paint sprayer and a slicer

Minimum level of education

• Minimum three years experience as a painter, in one of the Scandinavian countries
• Fagbrev, school diploma or good and relevant work experience can weigh up for this

Language skills

• Communication is important and we prefer the painters who speak English or Norwegian.
