For our client we are currently looking for a Quality Engineer for their department in Kristiansand.
The Quality Engineer will work as an integral part of the Quality department and liaise with internal and external customers on matters relating to Quality process and will be inspirational in providing solutions and process improvements.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role:
- Participate in development and maintenance of the Quality Management System and BPM
- Aligning QA system with global QA policies and instructions
- Review and approve and upload revised or new Procedures, Work instructions and Forms to the Quality Management System
- Help the organization to set KPI's. Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators
- Manage and coordinate improvement projects and providing active support to relevant departments
- Providing basic and advance QA training modules to facilitate improvement and better team engagement
- Participate in standardised approach to scheduling, controlling, and conducting Internal Audits
- Facilitate audits of Customers or Authorities
- Raise and process Customer/Internal nonconformance required and determine and take the most appropriate action, using all available relevant data sources
- Ensure relevant Customer/Internal nonconformance are subject to root cause analysis in a timely manner
- Review Corrective Actions to ensure root cause is addressed and ensure corrective actions are fully implemented to address root cause
- Interfacing with customers & Personnel on relevant quality issues
- Lead, facilitate and participate in QA improvement projects
- Ensure that Risk Management, MOC and Contingency process are correctly followed
- Identify areas for Improvements or Preventative actions to eliminate possible risks
- Travel when required as dictated by business need
- Perform any other duties as may be required to support the business
