Short-Term Role in Oil & Energy sector

On behalf of our client in the oil and energy industry, we are seeking a skilled Software Developer for a 4-month contract position.

This role focuses on C++ programming, contributing to the architectural design and structuring of software systems, and supporting related tasks such as documentation and testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to C++ software development, including implementation and architectural discussions
• Assist in structuring and maintaining clean, scalable code
• Participate in updating system documentation and automated tests
• Collaborate closely with the team to improve development processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of full-time experience in C++ development
• Educational background in linear algebra or equivalent experience in 3D simulator development or similar fields
• Experience with version control using Git

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience with operations on oil rigs or similar industrial environments
