What is temporary employment with Jobzone?
If you take up a temporary work assignment with us, you will be employed by Jobzone even though you will be working on-site for a company or organisation.
As a Jobzone employee, you will be assigned a dedicated agent, who will follow up on your short-term job/assignment and check that all is well when you are out working for our client. Jobzone is also responsible for your pay and your rights and entitlements when you are on assignment to our contracting clients.
We are committed to taking good care of you as a temporary employee. With us, you will be part of the Jobzone family, and we will be doing that bit extra for your work welfare. We visit you to check how you are getting along at your temporary workplace.
Jobzone offers a great social setting, and holds summer and Christmas parties and other events for all our temporary employees.
