Customer Service Employee - Finnish speaking

About Axo Finans

Axo Finans is a consumer credit and loans broker established in 2008 and the biggest consumer loan broker in Norway. Axo Finans are expanding their business to Finland and are looking for a Customer Service Employee to work towards the Finnish market. The job will be located in Oslo at Axo Finans office next to Oslo City Hall.

Tasks

• Inbound/outbound customer communication (phone, email and chat)
• Helping customers with their loan application process
• Reporting customer feedback to team manager to develop our excellent service to meet Axo Group high standards for customer service quality

Qualifications

• Native in Finnish and fluent in English
• Swedish skills not mandatory, but highly appreciated
• Bachelor's degree (or close to graduating) in a relevant subject and/or relevant experience (e.g. customer service, banking etc.)
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• Organized way of working and good time management skills

We are looking for someone who can work full-time, but part-time is also a possibility. The starting date would be as soon as possible.

Working hours will be from Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00.
