The Opportunity

On behalf of Cavotec, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play an essential part in ensuring excellent service delivery to our customers in the Nordic and Baltic regions while contributing to the success of our service and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate on-site service activities, including service level agreements, repairs, and remanufacturing projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Collaborate with the Service Center Manager to prepare comprehensive tendering documentation.
• Serve as the primary contact for after-sales support, providing outstanding service to Cavotec's customers and sales teams.

What We're Looking For

We're searching for a candidate with:

• A degree in engineering or equivalent, paired with at least 3 years of experience in technical project management roles.
• A strong background in service environments, including operational planning, budgeting, cost management, and contract negotiations.
• Fluency in both Norwegian and English.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a global, multicultural environment.
